MATTHEW TIMM, PRESIDENT
Matt is a veteran of the semiconductor and aerospace industries where he held increasing roles of domestic and international responsibility. Matt led the reorganization of the field operations group with FSI International, and most recently was the VP of Customer Operations and an acting COO at Physical Electronics where he assisted with the divestiture of legacy businesses and a MBO of a new strategic venture. Matt has a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from Valparaiso University and an MBA from the University of St. Thomas.

HEITZINGER

Dr. John M Heitzinger, VP OF TECHNOLOGY
John has broad experience in technical fields related to electronics manufacturing and has worked with many of the leading companies in the field. During his career John has held research and development, technical management, customer service and product leadership positions. He has worked closely with organizations in Asia, Europe and North America taking new products and processes from concept to high volume manufacturing. John's education includes B.S. degrees in chemistry and physics and a Ph.D. in chemistry.

KAPSNER

MARK KAPSNER, VP OF OPERATIONS
Mark has more than 11 years of manufacturing services experience in the aerospace, military, medical devices (class I, II and III), communications, consumer electronics and industrial equipment industries. Mark has held positions spanning process development, new products introduction and manufacturing engineering. He has also directed businesses with revenues in excess of $70 million. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics Engineering Technology and a Master of Science degree in Manufacturing.

KAPSNER

DAVID G SIME, DIRECTOR OF TECHNOLOGY TRANSFER
Dr. David G. Sime has worked in functional printing for 18 years in the switch, flexible circuit, EL lamp, display, battery, biometrics and Smart-card areas. Previously, he was an investigator on NSF- and NASA-funded programs and worked as liaison between research and commercial organizations. He spent a year as Program Director at the NSF. David’s formal training includes a B.Sc. in Physics and a Ph.D. in Applied Physics and Information Science. He has worked for periods in Europe and Asia. David is an active member of the ASTM, SGIA and APS.

MARK LITECKY, VP OF SALES

Mark brings a strong background in successfully ramping revenues for early stage companies and technologies.  He has over 20 years of experience bringing new technical solutions to industrial process, microelectronic, flat panel display and medical markets resulting in revenue growth and realized value for customers.  Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
